---MailCentro Announces New Pricing Approach--

Folsom, Calif.--January 2, 2007--MailCentro, a leading provider of email and messaging solutions announced a new pricing approach for private-label email services. In an industry that typically prices by registered mailbox, MailCentro will offer pricing based upon resource utilization. The company expects this approach to be particularly attractive to B2C companies, communities and social networking sites that offer free email service to encourage traffic and promote their brand.

According to Karan Eriksson, VP of Marketing for MailCentro, "Email is a great marketing tool for building website traffic. Visitors readily sign up for a free email service and will return frequently to the site to use the service. However, we find that not all who sign up actually become frequent users. Under "maibox pricing" the site owner has to pay for the mailbox whether or not it is used. We think this new pricing approach will be more cost effective and will encourage broader use of email as a marketing tool."

Under the new approach, a site will pay a monthly fee based upon the actual storage needed to capture all the email. The site may register as many email accounts as it wants, provided that all the email fits into the licensed storage. A site may start with a small storage allocation and add more as usage grows.

The new pricing approach is available initially for the company's private-label email service. This service may be customized to reflect the sites branding scheme and logo. The site's domain name is used as the email address. Sub-domain names such as @info.mydomain.com or @username.mydomain.com may be used.
