David M. Saykally, Founder and CEO
Mr. Saykally has directed numerous early stage, turnaround and growth companies including Unify, Answer Systems (Sterling) and Informatics. He has raised private and public capital and is experienced in mergers and acquisitions. He has served as a Director on private and public boards. Mr. Saykally received his BA from Notre Dame University and MBA from Pepperdine University.

Karan Eriksson, Vice President
Ms. Eriksson has few equals in strategic marketing where she combines technical depth with keen market vision. She was recently honored as one of the Top 25 Women on the Web. She has held executive positions at Borland International, Unify Corporation, Quadratron Systems and Handle Corporation. Ms. Eriksson has over 25 years experience in marketing and general management.

Gerald P. Troy, Vice President
Mr. Troy has built and managed every type of distribution, including direct, telesales, tiered distribution, system integration, OEM and VAR. He has held executive positions with Pacific Software Publishing, Uniplex, Inc., and Computer Sciences Corp. He has over twenty-five years of sales and marketing experience in a variety of technical markets. Mr. Troy holds a BA degree from the University of Connecticut.

James E. Leggett, Vice President
Mr. Leggett has created major system software products in every popular technical environment from mainframes to networked servers to PCs. These include the industry’s first high-level development system, the first database machine, enterprise collaboration systems and Internet enabling platforms. He has over thirty years experience in software engineering, including senior management positions with Teradata and Sterling Software and Informatics, Inc.
